Role Summary
- Serves as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide product and service information
- Log and track customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Support customer onboarding and retention.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 4 years experience.
