Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives and agents
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and monitor individual and team performance
- Generate new business opportunities through marketing initiatives, networking, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and negotiations when required
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical standards
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and property market dynamics
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
