Job Brief
- We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team and provide exceptional support across various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage supplies, maintain equipment, coordinate office upkeep, and ensure a functional environment.
- Handle calls, emails and act as a point of contact for employees and clients.
- Book meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate events.
- Update databases, manage filing systems, and organize confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and track budgets/expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and implement new procedures.
- Assist HR with hiring, support senior management, and handle various administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field is often preferred.
- 3 years + Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent at multitasking and prioritizing.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
- Accuracy is crucial.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
