Job Brief

  • We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team and provide exceptional support across various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage supplies, maintain equipment, coordinate office upkeep, and ensure a functional environment.
  • Handle calls, emails and act as a point of contact for employees and clients.
  • Book meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate events.
  • Update databases, manage filing systems, and organize confidential documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and track budgets/expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and implement new procedures.
  • Assist HR with hiring, support senior management, and handle various administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field is often preferred.
  • 3 years + Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Excellent at multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Accuracy is crucial.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
