Job Title: Investment Banking Associate (Corporate Advisory)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Role Overview
- Our client seeks a highly driven Investment Banking Associate to support and execute high-impact corporate advisory mandates. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong deal experience and the ability to run transactions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A, capital raising, valuations, and corporate restructuring transactions
- Prepare investment memos, financial models, pitch books, and board-level presentations
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market/industry research
- Manage client relationships and coordinate transaction workstreams
- Support senior bankers in deal origination and execution.
Requirements
- 6–10 years’ experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Proven track record in executing closed transactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- ACA, CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
