Description

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to recover overdue loans via calls and other channels
• Track and follow up on payment commitments
• Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
• Offer guidance on repayment options and negotiate flexible payment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND, HND or B.Sc.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields (a plus, not a must)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• A teachable attitude with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Close proximity to Maryland, Lagos.

Salary
N70,000 (Net) + Commission on Meeting Recovery Target.
