We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Audio Visual (AV) Technician

Location: Enugu 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The AV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal functionality, excellent user experience, and compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure audio-visual systems including TVs, sound systems, home theatres, projectors, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in AV systems efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on AV equipment.
  • Ensure proper cabling, mounting, calibration, and system optimization.
  • Provide technical support and usage guidance to customers or internal teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of OND / HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 2 - 4 years experience working with audio-visual equipment and installations.
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, cabling, and configurations.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Good communication and customer engagement skills.
