We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Home Appliance (HA) Technician

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HA Technician will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of home appliances, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction in line with company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cookers, and other white goods.
  • Diagnose faults accurately and carry out effective repairs within agreed timelines.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend product lifespan and prevent repeat faults.
  • Provide clear technical explanations and usage guidance to customers when required.
  • Ensure all jobs are completed in compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and spare parts usage records.
  • Escalate complex or recurring technical issues appropriately for further support.
  • Uphold the company’s customer service standards and brand reputation at all times.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of OND / HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years hands-on experience repairing home appliances (experience with branded electronics is an added advantage).
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and safety consciousness.
