Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and engaging Community Manager / Content Creator to manage our online presence, grow our beauty community, and create appealing content that showcases our products.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about makeup and beauty trends and enjoys interacting with customers both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across social media platforms
• Manage daily interactions with customers on social media (comments, messages, reviews)
• Build and engage an online beauty community around the brand
• Promote products, offers, and new arrivals through creative content
• Collaborate with the sales team to highlight products and customer experiences
• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
• Assist with in-store content creation when needed.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
