Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Waiter who will beresponsible for delivering outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience in ourenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns courteously and professionally
• Process payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, attentive, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic math skills for order totals and payment handling.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
