Role Overview

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage corporate sales operations, and expand the company’s presence within institutional, commercial, and corporate markets.
  • The role focuses on strategic sales leadership, client relationship management, and market expansion across furniture and interior solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets through effective leadership and management of the corporate sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic sales and business plans to expand the company’s corporate and institutional customer base.
  • Build, promote, and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their furnishing, workspace, and interior needs.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, revenue updates, expense analysis, and realistic sales forecasts to management.
  • Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and shifts in customer demand within the furniture and interior solutions market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably within the furniture, interior design, construction, or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of advanced sales leadership and competence in corporate sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of furniture market dynamics, including product positioning, distribution channels, and customer adoption.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, design trends, and innovations locally and internationally.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Marketing, Sales, or related business disciplines will be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to guide clients on furniture selection, space planning, and installation processes.
