We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Mainland / Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

  • We are looking for a confident and persuasive Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell our products directly to customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to talk confidently, convince customers, and close sales effectively. SSCE qualification is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage customers directly to promote company products or services
  • Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly to customers
  • Convince potential customers and close sales
  • Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the supervisor
  • Keep basic sales records and submit reports as required
  • Represent the company in a polite and professional manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with people
  • Ability to persuade and convince customers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required

  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
