Job Title: Veterinary Doctor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers (Rumubekwe axis and environs)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Veterinary Doctor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should preferably reside within or around Rumubekwe, Okporo, Woji, Artillery, Rumudara, or Rumuomasi, to ensure punctuality and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage medical and surgical conditions in animals
• Perform routine consultations, examinations, and procedures
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriately
• Carry out preventive care services (vaccinations, deworming, health checks)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with clinic standards, ethics, and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with other veterinary and support staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
• Valid veterinary license to practice in Nigeria
• Minimum of 1–2 years clinical experience (added advantage)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate attitude toward animals and clients
• Must preferably reside around Rumubekwe, Okporo, Woji, Artillery, Rumudara, or Rumuomasi.
