Job Description
Workflow & Automation Development:

• Design, build, and maintain business process workflows using platforms like Process Maker or similar
• Translating business requirements into technical automation logic
• Optimize existing workflows for performance and scalability

System Integration & Support:

• Integrate automation workflows with internal and third-party systems via APIs
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support for workflow solutions

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with Business Analysts and QA to ensure workflow accuracy
• Document workflow logic and maintain version control of automation assets
