Job Title: Audit Officer

About the Role

• We are looking for a competent Audit Officer to support internal control activities and ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will assist in conducting audits, preparing reports, and monitoring risk‑related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic internal audits in line with the audit plan
• Review financial documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare detailed audit reports for management review
• Support risk management and internal control improvement initiatives
• Follow up to confirm implementation of audit recommendations
• Assist with special investigations and compliance checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in internal audit or related functions
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and report‑writing skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
