Job Title: Senior Confidential Secretary
Location: Nigeria
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to take dictations and transcribe for the Chairman
- Distribute mails and correspondence
- Handle Telephone calls
- Attend to daily correspondences
- Maintain filling system both manually and electronically
- Create and maintain calendar of appointments, schedules, events and meetings etc
- Undertake general secretarial duties
- Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess HND/B.Sc (at least upper credit or 2.1 respectively) in the Secretarial Studies
- A Master's Degree Will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Computer and Multimedia applications
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work under pressure with utmost discretion
- Ability to work without supervision
- Well organized and able to pay attention to detail.
- Should have at least 710 years working experience.
