We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region.
  • Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
  • Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience.
  • Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable preferred.
  • Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Power BI is a plus.
