Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Purchasing or Economics or Business Administration
- Must be registered with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN).
- Must have a minimum of 7- 10 years cognate experience.
- Must possess an enviable record required and experience needed for the establishment and development of a Purchasing Department.
- Must be experienced in the pre-bid engineering services for EPQ contracting such as review of bids, vendors’ documents, contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.
