Faith Digital Consulting - Our client is a beauty brand offering over 900 Skincare, makeup, haircare, and body products, while offering naturally inspired skincare, body care, haircare, and makeup.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable customer experiences that reflect our values.
• You’ll deliver outstanding service, drive sales through engaging product knowledge, and support a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met while embodying the shop’s values and activism spirit.
• Sales & Targets: Drive individual and store performance by actively engaging customers, recommending products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product ranges and brand campaigns to confidently share with customers.
• Store Operations: Assist in day-to-day operations, including restocking, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proximity to Lagos Mainland is a PLUS
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and ethical consumerism.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about meeting sales targets
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
