Job Title: Project Manager 

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Summary 

  • The Project Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of our youth empowerment programs, ensuring high-impact initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in coordinating complex logistics, managing resource life cycles, and executing project strategies that align with our mission of child rights protection and vocational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead the planning and execution of youth empowerment programs to ensure high-impact results are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of project resources and logistics to streamline operations and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Drive the integrity of project records by ensuring meticulous documentation and continuous progress monitoring against organizational benchmarks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to maintain total alignment with organizational goals.
  • Execute rigorous oversight to ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, child rights protections, and internal objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Project Management to lead and deliver impactful programs effectively.
  • Competence in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure project resources and timelines are efficiently managed.
  • Experience in Expeditor tasks, such as coordinating processes and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Inspection standards and practices in project execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in organizational and communication skills.
  • A background in nonprofit organizations, child development, or community service is a plus.
