Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

• Our client is urgently seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Relationship Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients across the public and private sector.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
• Promote and cross-sell company financial products and services.
• Monitor client accounts, handle enquiries, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly reports, track performance, and meet set targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly proactive, organized, and target-driven.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or sales is an added advantage.
• Must be able to resume immediately.
