Job Title: Installer

Location: Island - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in accordance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chillers, and ventilation equipment.
• Interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications accurately.
• Carry out piping, ductwork, insulation, and electrical connections in line with standards.
• Test, commission, and balance HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and rectify installation-related faults and defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Complete installation checklists, service reports, and job documentation.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and clients during project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical certification or trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, refrigerants, and installation best practices.
