Job Summary
- Execution of All Civil Engineering Works According to Specification and Standard.
- Maintenance of Building, Infrastructures (Roads, Drainages Etc.)
- Supervision of Civil Engineering Jobs On Contract.
- Keeps Records of Daily Activities of the Section.
- Plan and Ensure Material Requirement of the Section Is Made Available.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and Programming Activities of the Section.
- Identification and Review of Maintenance Jobs in The Estate.
- Rehabilitation of Road, Drainages Etc.
- Execute General Maintenance/ Rehabilitation of Buildings
- Supervision of All Civil Engineering Activities On Daily Basis.
- New Construction of Building/Infrastructure.
- Report to Estate Manager the Activities of the Section.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND Civil Engineering
- COREN, NSE
- 5 -10 Years working experience.
