Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

• We are searching for an Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of Cavista Technologies.
• This role will ensure the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its processes, facilities, resources, and people.
• The area of responsibility for this role is wide and requires strong knowledge of various operational processes, including procurement, inventory management, and facility management. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence by managing daily operations to support the business.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, vendor engagement, and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
• Manage inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and optimal stock levels across the organization.
• Lead facility management operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
• Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Manage operational processes and performance and recommend improvement solutions.   
• Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.   
• Nurture and maintain relationships with leaders, external partners, vendors, and suppliers to support operational activity and strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years of operational experience required.
• Master's Degree is a plus.
• Experience in technology or healthcare industry a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and team development.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate operational and customer needs through effective communication.
• Demonstrable proficiency with technology to include Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment .  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
