Job Title: Administrative Officer

Lagos

Job Description
  • This position will perform administrative and office support activities including typing and management of documents, scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and similar events.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
  • B.Sc/HND in Office Administration, Business Studies or Accounting with a minimum of 3years post-graduation experience or OND with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of typing and composing correspondences, reports and other documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Able to work and converse efficiently with Colleagues, clients and other external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently with little distraction, be proactive and motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
