Job Summary
- A reputable school in Port Harcourt is seeking a qualified, passionate, and experienced Technical Drawing / Basic Technology Teacher to join its academic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Technical Drawing and Basic Technology in line with the approved curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
- Deliver engaging and practical-based lessons
- Assess, record, and report students’ progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Ed, B.Sc/B.Tech with PGDE in Technical Drawing, Basic Technology, or a related field
- Relevant teaching experience (an added advantage)
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Strong practical and demonstrative teaching ability
- Passion for teaching and student development.
