Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support management with timely financial reports.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA – part qualification is an added advantage).
