Position Objective

• To ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently managing all orders, providing tailored product recommendations, and enhancing overall customer experience.
• The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, repeat patronage, and smooth coordination between the sales and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries in person.
• Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting products and placing orders that suit their preferences or occasions.
• Order Management:Accurately process orders within set timeframes and ensure proper packaging for pick-up or delivery.
• Promotions & Upselling: Inform customers about new products, promotions, and special offers to drive sales.
