Role Overview

  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of a clinical facility.
  • The role ensures smooth coordination between clinical teams, patients, and management while maintaining accurate records and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations and support clinical staff with administrative needs.
  • Manage patient records, appointments, and documentation in line with data protection policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and external partners.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial documentation related to clinical services.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor inventory of medical and office supplies and raise requisitions when necessary.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic health information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center.
  • Knowledge of healthcare documentation and regulatory standards.
