Job Title: Senior Account & Finance Personnel

Job Summary
- Responsible for the support, development and retention of key client relationships, drive business growth and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services/products.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting/insights.
- Support senior management in developing client engagement strategies.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
- Address client queries/complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACA, ICAN, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial/business data.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
