We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Advise corporations on legal rights, obligations, and risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and board matters
• Manage company formation, dissolution, and statutory filings
• Conduct legal due diligence for transactions
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and stakeholders
• Resolve corporate disputes and assist with litigation strategy when required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 4 years experience.
