Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
  • In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations within assigned premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and their stakeholders.
  • As a Security Supervisor, you will coordinate the activities of security personnel, implement security protocols, and conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential risks.
  • Your expertise will be essential in developing, executing, and maintaining security measures that protect assets, deter criminal activity, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. .

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations and personnel management.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Train and supervise security staff to ensure adherence to protocols and best practices.
  • Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding all security activities and incidents.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • Proven experience in a security supervisory role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Proficient in using security surveillance technology and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
