Job Title: Medical Sales Representative Trainee

Location: Igando, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Medical Sales Trainee supports the sales team in promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while undergoing structured training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in detailing and promoting products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Support sales activities, market surveys, and territory coverage
  • Attend product training and sales development programs
  • Prepare basic sales reports and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in the field
  • Must be result-oriented and professional
  • Good presentation skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Willing to learn.
