Responsibilities
- Manage USSD, mobile banking, POS and digital channels
- Drive adoption of e-banking services
- Monitor transaction performance
- Support branches and customers on digital platforms
- Coordinate vendors and service providers
Requirements
- BSc / HND in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years banking experience
- Digital banking experience is an advantage.
