Reports to: Head Teacher
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Teacher to lead our school's academic team, drive student performance, and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teaching staff
- Develop and implement academic plans
- Monitor students’ progress and performance
- Ensure school policies are implemented
- Liaise with parents and stakeholders
- Manage daily school operations.
Requirements:
- B.Ed or equivalent in Education
- NCE
- MSc in Education will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years teaching experience with at least 2 years in leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
