We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure accuracy in all financial records, handle payments, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and update cashbooks, ledgers, and supporting schedules.
  • Handle invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Track inventory and assist with stock accounting for prosthetic and orthotic materials.
  • Work with auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
