Director of Audit at the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo

The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Nigeria, is the first specialized University of Medical Sciences in Nigeria with the mandate to advance high level excellence through teaching, innovative research, and service delivery in all health sciences disciplines.

The Governing Council and Management of the University invite suitably qualified and highly motivated candidates with sufficient academic, administrative, and cognate experiences to fill the position below:

Job Title: Director of Audit 

Location: Laje Road, Ondo City, Ondo

Qualifications 

• Candidates applying for this position are expected to possess a first degree in either Accounting or Economics from a reputable University with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
• Possession of Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must possess a professionally recognized accountancy qualification such as ICAN, ANAN, ACCA (UK), ACMA, (UK), CPP (UK), etc.

Experience:

• Candidates must have at least eighteen (18) years post-qualificatio experience, five (5) of which must be at a Senior Managemen position in a University or a comparable Tertiary Institution.
• Addition, candidates must have good competence in computerize accounting system.

Remuneration

• Basic salary on the scale (CONTISS 15 (N2,232, 199.00 N2,875,791.00 per annum).
