Job Title: Visa & Ticketing Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process visa applications for international travel.
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel logistics.
- Liaise with embassies, airlines, travel agents, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian immigration and international travel regulations.
- Track visa status, travel schedules, and documentation.
- Provide timely updates and support to travelers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all travel and visa activities.
Requirements
- Degree / HND in any relevant field of study
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in visa processing and ticketing coordination.
- Knowledge of the GDS systems: Amadeus
- Good knowledge of World Geography Using the Ticketing & Reservation system (Amadeus GDS)
- Experience handling international travel arrangements and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian immigration regulations and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Nigeria visa policies.
