Responsibilties
A facility management company is seeking to employ the services of a plumber to:
- Manage unplanned maintenance, repair and recovery of facility as required
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule
- Conduct daily round checks, ensuring the building is in good order, noting any defect and raising it with the line manager
- Ensure that basic facilities - plumbing, pumping machines, water filtration plants and power generating sets are well maintained
- Installing, maintaining and repairing pipes, including joins, valves, drains and code compliance
- Preparing cost estimates.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
