Job Summary

• As the HR Manager (Compliance & Operations), you will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance, administration, and operational processes.
• This role complements the existing HR leadership by focusing strictly on regulatory compliance, employee documentation, policies, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage HR administration including contracts, employee records, onboarding, and exits
• Oversee operational HR processes such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and discipline
• Support management with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations, compliance, or administrative HR roles
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
