Job Description

  • To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through the application of Continuous Improvement methodologies & automation across the group.
  • This includes process documentation, standardization as well as the management of such processes.
  • Lead and support the implementation of key transformational projects to drive significant organizational change
  • Provides end-to-end project management support to business initiatives and to support departments to ensure a co-ordinated approach to the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​Minimum of B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng or related field 
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector
  • Business Analysis Trainings & Certifications, Lean Six Sigma (Green /Black Belt) Qualification will be an added advantage
