Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle performance management and training
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / month.
