Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Enugu

Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing technical operations, maintenance, utilities, and facility services for mall and residential complexes, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall technical operations, utilities, manpower, and security services
• Oversee vendors, contractors, bill certification, and cost negotiations
• Maintain electrical systems (HT/LT, DG sets, transformers) and HVAC systems (chillers, VRV, AHU, FAU)
• Ensure operation of fire safety systems, CCTV, access control, and BMS
• Monitor plumbing, STP/WTP, refrigeration, cold rooms, and kitchen extraction systems
• Conduct energy audits, manage diesel procurement, and control operating costs
• Liaise with local authorities and power utilities for compliance and approvals.

Performance Measures

• Budget adherence
• Response time to fault resolution
• Reduction in operational and maintenance costs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4years’ experience managing mall or large retail facilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
