Job Title: Solar Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • This role suits a driven sales professional with strong field experience and the ability to close deals.
  • You will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and small business customers while meeting defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field activities and referrals
  • Present and sell solar products and solutions to prospective customers
  • Educate clients on system benefits, pricing, and available options
  • Conduct site visits and basic customer needs assessments
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
  • Coordinate with technical teams for smooth installation handover
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and conversions
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, FMCG, telecoms, or field sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Good knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas
  • Willingness to work primarily in the field
  • Basic understanding of solar products is an advantage.
