Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Relationship and Partnerships Officer to build, nurture, and expand our network of key partners.
  • Your primary focus will be to identify, onboard, and manage strategic alliances that drive mutual growth, enhance our service offerings, and increase market reach.
  • The ideal candidate is a natural connector with excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a proven ability to foster long-term, productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential partnership opportunities (e.g., strategic alliances, channel partners, affiliates, technology partners) that align with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, building strong, trust-based relationships at all levels.
  • Lead negotiations, develop partnership agreements, and coordinate with legal and leadership teams to finalize deals that are beneficial for all parties.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of partnership programs, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance against KPIs; identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and optimize collaborative efforts for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure partner initiatives are successfully integrated and supported.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership status, pipeline, and ROI. Contribute insights to the overall partnership strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in partnership management, business development, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite.
