Job Title: Customer Experience Personnel
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- To control customer entrance experience, support checkout flow, and ensure sales staff focus only on selling.
- Daily Non-Negotiable Duties:
- Resume at the entrance/front desk at all times during working hours.
- Welcome every customer immediately they enter the store.
- Assign customers to available sales representatives.
- Manage customers’ waiting orders when the store is busy.
- Handle neat bagging of all customer purchases at the exit point.
- Ensure shopping bags, nylons, and packaging materials never run out.
- Keep the entrance, front desk, and immediate surroundings constantly neat.
- Observe and report customer behavior or issues to management.
- Never leave the front desk unattended without permission.
Job Requirements
- ND, HND or BSC in any related discipline
- 0-1 years’ experience in an ecommerce role
- Friendly, smart, neat, good communication, very attentive
- Good customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
- Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
