We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Office Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office activities, maintain office equipment, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing communication (mail, email, calls), manage executive calendars, and arrange travel.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and company records.
  • Monitor inventory, reorder office supplies, and liaise with vendors to manage contracts.
  • Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
