A leading Real Estate Development Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys for real estate developments.
• Establish and maintain site control points, benchmarks, and reference levels.
• Carry out setting-out of buildings, roads, drainage, and infrastructure works.
• Verify alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction activities.
• Prepare survey plans, as-built drawings, and measurement records.
• Support progress measurement and valuation for contractor certification.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report promptly.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approved layouts, and land documentation.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels, etc.).
• Comply with site safety rules and company HSE policies.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline with 2–5 years’ relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) is an added advantage.
