About the Role

• Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Real Estate Broker to drive business development and agency activities.
• You will be responsible for originating high-value property instructions, managing key client relationships, and closing transactions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• This is a senior role for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in real estate brokerage, client management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate high-value property instructions and sales/lease opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Mentor junior brokers and support team development.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional membership (e.g., NIESV, RICS) is advantageous.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in real estate brokerage or agency.
• Proven record of securing high-value transactions and managing key clients.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Professional, client-focused, and target-driven.
