About the Role
- Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities operations across a portfolio of high-profile properties.
- You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, regulatory compliance, cost control, and strong client relationships.
- This role is ideal for a seasoned facilities professional with leadership capability, technical expertise, and a passion for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assigned properties.
- Manage M&E systems, maintenance programmes, and service providers.
- Lead and develop on-site teams and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, and cost control.
- Build strong client relationships and provide regular performance reports.
Person Specification
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in facilities management with leadership responsibility.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and HSE compliance.
- Excellent people management and client relationship skills.
- Highly organised, professional, and solutions-oriented.
