Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and professional Human Resources Officer to support our QSR/FMCG operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting workforce effectiveness across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for outlet.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Assist with staff welfare, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Liaise with outlet managers on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with HR reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in QSR or FMCG or a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
